Miniart 1:35 - GAZ-AAA With Shelter - Plastic Figure Model Kit #35183
In 1932, under the agreement with the Ford Motor Company a Soviet automobile-manufacturing plant located in Nizhny Novgorod developed its first two vehicles - Ford Model A and Ford Model AA. They were sold as NAZ-A and NAZ-AA respectively. In 1933, the plant was renamed from NAZ (Nizhegorodsky Avtomobilny Zavod, 'Nizhny Novgorod Automobile Plant') to GAZ (Gorkovsky Avtomobilny Zavod, 'Gorky Automobile Plant'). The vehicles' names were then changed to GAZ-A and GAZ-AA.
The 3-axle GAZ-AAA 6x4 truck was a successor of the 2-axle GAZ-AA. Its production ran from 1934 until 1943. Compared to the GAZ-AA, this vehicle was slightly slower and heavier, but its load capacity increased from 1.5 to 2 tons.

HobbyBoss 1:35 - 5cm Pak (t) Sfl. auf Fgst. Pz. Kpfw. 35R 731 (f) - Plastic model kit #83808
The Renault R35 was a French light infantry tank produced from 1936 until 1940. The R35 became one of the most numerous French tanks captured by the Germans. Germany captured a total of 843 R35's, over a hundred of which were designated Panzerkampfwagen 35R 731 (f) and used by panzer units mainly for security duties or driver training. Most of the captured tanks were later converted into artillery tractors and ammunition carriers after the turret was removed.
Germans decided that R35's would be more useful on the battlefield if they were converted into self-propelled guns. Using the R35 chassis they built a 4.7 cm Pak(t) (Sfl) auf Fgst.Pz.Kpfw.35 R 731(f). This proved to be rather difficult because the chassis was even smaller than that of Panzer I Ausf.B, and the tank designed for two Frenchmen was now supposed to carry three German soldiers and a fairly large gun with ammunition. This new vehicle was not very successful in service especially in winter conditions, so a decision was made to improve it by changing the gun for a 5cm PaK 38. However this plan never came into action because of technical limitations, and the project was cancelled.

Meng Model 1:35 - Sd.Kfz.182 King Tiger Zimmerit Decal - Plastic model kit #SPS-039
Zimmerit was used on WWII German AFVs since 1943 to cover the metal armour of the vehicle to prevent magnetic anti-tank mines from sticking to it. Zimmerit had the consistency of a thick paste or putty that after application was patterned and then hardened with a blow torch. This process usually happened at the factory and the patterns could vary depending on where the vehicle was produced. In the late 1944 Zimmerit was discontinued from application due to concerns that it could catch fire.
These water slide decals have a 3D printed texture to replicate Zimmerit applied to the early Kingtigers. This set is perfect for the Kingtiger Sd.Kfz.182 (Henschel Turret) kit from Meng.

The Leichter Panzerspähwagen was a German light armoured car produced from 1935 until 1944. Germany developed several variants of this vehicle. The Sd. Kfz. 222 was an improved version of the Sd. Kfz. 221, armed initially with a 2cm KwK 30 L/55 and a 7.92mm MG 13. Later on the MG 13 machine gun was replaced by the Maschinengewehr 34, and the KwK 30 was replaced by the KwK 38 of the same calibre. This variant of the vehicle was called the Leichter Panzerspähwagen 2 cm. Its production ran from 1937 to 1943 with nearly a thousand vehicles built in total.
The Sd. Kfz. 222 proved to be very efficient in the Balkans in 1941. Large numbers of these armoured cars were also sent to North Africa, however the limited volume of their fuel tanks meant the lack of effective range. The Sd. Kfz. 222 was gradually substituted with the Sd.Kfz.250/9 (Hanomag). A small number of vehicles were sold to China in 1939.

This product is designed for creating natural weathering effects on metal tracks by darkening and rusting the metal. It will work well with most types of metal tracks, especially the Friulmodel tracks. The product is quick and easy to use.
Includes: 1 x 125ml bottle
Instructions:
- Use water and washing up liquid to fully clean and degrease the tracks. After that, make sure the tracks dry thoroughly.
- Wearing protective gloves pour the Burnishing Liquid into a plastic container. The container should be large enough to fully immerse the tracks. Add 100-125 ml of plain tap water and mix thoroughly.
- Put the tracks into the solution and make sure they are fully covered. Use a stiff brush or a toothbrush to help the liquid reach the inner parts of the tracks.
- For using the product on unassembled track links, use two separate smaller containers with sealed lids. Add half a bottle of burnishing liquid and 50ml of water to each container. Put the lid on and shake well to mix.
- Once the desired effect has been achieved you can remove the tracks from the container. Different results can be achieved by by leaving the tracks in the solution for longer/shorter periods (approx. between 7 and 30 minutes).
- As soon as you've taken the tracks out, put them under running water to remove any remains of the product, then fully dry the tracks.
- Now the tracks are ready for applying your desired washes and pigments and sealing them with a matt varnish. You can use a sanding sponge on the raised surfaces to give your tracks a worn bare metal look.
Note: For smaller vehicles you may not need to use the full bottle of Burnishing Liquid. Adjust the amount as necessary.

Miniart 1:35 - T-60 (Plant No. 264) Stalingrad w/Interior - Plastic Figure Model Kit #35219
The T-60 was a Soviet light tank produced in 1941-1942. The production of the T-60 started just after the German invasion of the Soviet Union. This scout tank was armed with a 20 mm TNSh cannon which later proved to be inefficient against new German tanks. In 1942 it was attempted to substitute the cannon with the 37 mm ZIS-19 but this did not happen due to the shortage of 37 mm ammunition. The T-60 was then replaced by the new T-70 light tank.
A total of 6,292 T-60 tanks were built. 1186 of those were produced at Plant No. 264 located near Stalingrad in 1941 and 1942.

The German term Flakpanzer was used for "anti-aircraft tanks" - modified tanks that were intended to target aircraft. The Flakpanzer I was a conversion of the Panzer I Ausf. A tank. It was developed in 1941 with an aim to create a mobile anti-aircraft vehicle that could follow the Panzer divisions.
The Flakpanzer I was armed with the 2 cm FlaK 38 L/112.5. The vehicle was capable of towing a Sonderanhänger 51 trailer which carried ammunition and spare barrels. The Flakpanzer I had a high rate of fire and accuracy, but it proved to be more useful against ground targets other than aircraft and was used mainly for infantry support. The insufficient armour resulted in high casualties and the only battalion that was equipped with the Flakpanzer I's was wiped out during the Battle of Stalingrad in 1943.
This kit includes clear parts and photo-etched parts.
